Scanmask Spray beneficial nematodes contain the species Steinernema feltiae, a native naturally occurring insect parasitic nematode. The nematodes in Scanmask seek out pest insects, enter their bodies and release a symbiotic bacteria that kills the insect. BioLogic’s nematodes have not been modified in any way and are supplied in a moist inert carrier. Treating with Scanmask is easy! Apply with either a hose end sprayer, watering can or BioLogic’s Nema-jet sprayer. Scanmask controls a wide variety of insect pests, but is safe for people, pets, and plants. Scanmask is also compatible with other beneficials like earthworms, ladybugs, and praying mantids. Scanmask controls over 230 pests including: armyworms, black vine weevils, root maggots, cutworms, fire ants, fleas, fungus gnats, Japanese beetle larvae, tree borers, sod webworms, white grubs, and wireworms. This product ships direct from the producer, BioLogic. Nematodes are packed in an insulated box with ice. Shipments go out Monday-Wednesday to avoid sitting in transit over the weekend and to ensure healthy nematodes. Refrigerate nematodes upon arrival and until use. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 months from ship date, but should be used within a week of opening.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
