Troubleshooting Tips
Pump starts when water reaches 2.5" and shuts off when water drops to 1". Freezing temperatures may cause the pump to start at 4" and shuts off as high as 2".
If the pump will not shut off or runs without discharging liquid, the pump may be air locked. See air lock video for solution. Also check hose for ice build-up.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
